Show up when we say
Arrival windows we actually keep, plus a text when the tech is on the way.
A small East Valley crew that answers the phone and stands behind the work.
Mike Rojas started Sitewell Air 14 years ago after a decade of running service calls for a big shop where techs were paid to sell systems instead of fix them. He got tired of telling neighbors they needed a new unit when a $200 part would do. So he bought a van, printed his own shirts, and started taking calls in Mesa.
Today the crew is still small on purpose. Mike Rojas is on jobs most days, every technician is trained the same way, and the phone gets answered by someone who knows your street. That is the whole business plan: do honest work in one valley long enough that people call you back.

Arrival windows we actually keep, plus a text when the tech is on the way.
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and every scrap of old equipment hauled off.
You see the failed part and the reading that proves it before you pay.
Written warranty on parts and labor, and we come back if something isn't right.
